Re-enroll contacts in a workflow to set a date stamp

Hi! We have a workflow that is triggered when a specific type of call is made. The goal is to set a date stamp in a custom property we created called "Last BRM call". However, we just realized that contacts cannot be re-enrolled in the workflow because HS does not enable re-enrollment trigger for sales activities. 

Any ideas for a workaround for this? We will definitely need to keep updating this property to the correct last BRM call date.

Hi @MLatulippe,

 

You can workaround this re-enrollment issue using a list. In this list you would filter for contacts matching the same criteria as your enrollment criteria in the workflow. Since it has a filter for activity date, contacts would leave the list again one day after the call. With the next call, they would re-enter.

 

Once you have the list created, you can enable re-enrollment based on the list membership. The leaving / re-entering means, that contacts will re-enroll through the list.
