QUESTION: What is the behaviour after 'Workflow Action - Enroll in another workflow'?
lösung
Hi all,
Just wanted to confirm some information about the use of the Enrol in another workflow action, within a HubSpot Workflow?
If the above is applied, is the user removed from Workflow A, when enrolled in Workflow B i.e. Enrol in Workflow B, the no further action; or
Is the user enrolled in Workflow B, but continues along with any further Actions within Workflow A, then happen afterwards i.e. Enrol in Workflow B, then Delay for X, then Send Email...
You want to know whether a contact will remain active in the workflow that enrolled them in another workflow, correct?
Workflow A: action 1 > action 2 > enroll contact in other workflow > action 4 > action 5
Workflow B: action a > action b > action c > action d
The answer here is yes, a contact will continue in the workflow A, following the usual rules. (They won't be unenrolled unless they meet a goal criterion, enter an exclusion list etc.)
Specifically, in the above example: action 4 and action 5 will be completed while workflow B is execution action a, b, c, d in parallel.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
