I run a webinar and media company, where we host 1-2 webinars per week, and am looking to create the best campaign setup to report and track their performance.
It doesn't look like Hubspot has the easiest setup for this and any advice would be welcomed!
Here's what I'm looking to do:
1. Create an automatic list update when someone registers, attends, no-shows, and watches on-demand (the recording).
2. Trigger workflows based on those event statuses
2a. Follow-up thank you email post event
2b. Send automated email to survey respondents with a specific answer
2c. Send alert to our sales team
3. Report on the data:
- What webinars are ebing watched on-demand
- Can we captuer the data to see how many people "watch the recording"
Generally you're correct, HubSpot is not necessarily spoon-feeding on how to set this up. With lists, workflows, reports, you're starting with a blank page and setting these processes up on your own.
Have a look at the resources I shared, give it a try and let me know if you have any follow-up questions!
