Possible to pull Email Client in to a Contact field?

Anyone know if there's a way to pull which email client a contact has in to a field on their Contact record that we can use for lists, etc? This is valuable qualifying information for us.

Hello @k_intello 

 

At the moment there is not a default property for an email client.

Are you looking to see which email client the contact is using to open the emails (i.e. Gmail)?

 

If this is the case, the best way is to navigate to the page you linked in your post, and then click on the box highlighted in light blue, see my screenshot below.

After that, you can create a custom property to manually store this information.

Thanks Pam - so will it allow me to automatically pull that in to the custom field for all contacts? Or will I have to manually do it contact by contact?

Hi @k_intello  For this option it would need to be manually for you to be able to see the email client.
