Can anyone suggest a way to use personalization tokens in an email so different recipients get a different URL (for a document) in the body of the email? E.g. sending one email but multiple customers will see a different URL depending on what type of customer they are?
@MRoberts19 you would create 7 smart rules and adjust the text of the module that you're making smart accordingly. In that text, you would place the link. When switching between the variations, you should now see that the link that you placed there also changes. You don't need to add them anywhere else but the module that you're making smart.

Last question - if I have say 7 different URLs leading to 7 different spreadsheets that I want different customers to receive one of, where do those URLs sit in relation to the email? Do I include all 7 in the email module and the right one gets pulled through due to the smart rule, or do they need to be integrated in HubSpot elsewhere?

If you don't have the necessary subscription, you would have to split your lists (e.g. each customer type) and create multiple emails, one for each list.

Thank you for pointing me in the right direction here. So to clarify, if I want to send an email with 95% the same messaging, but the only differnt content I want them to see is the URL I'm including, if I add the smart rule to just that module containing the URL, if I include the lists they are part of in the smart rule, the different customers should see and then be able to access the differnt URL yes?
