I have a workflow where the leads from a form-fill are rotated between two contact owners. The workflow also sends an auto-responder with the assigned contact owners' details in the signature.
I would like to add a personalization token of the designation of the contact owner in this auto-responder email. How do i do that ?
Note, when a contact has just filled in a form and you use a workflow to respond right away you can sometimes hit issues where the email sends before the CRM has assigned an owner to the contact - so make sure to set defaults for your personalisation tokens and even better add a time delay and/or contact owner check to your workflow before sending the email.
