(Partially) automated lead scoring model

Hey everyone, 

My company is about to migrate back to hubspot after about 1,5 years. We are currently looking for the best way to go about our lead management processes. We were inspired by the agent that is shown in the next LinkedIn video. (29) Plaatsen | LinkedIn

I am looking for a way to integrate parts of this agent into our lead qualification process. We make use of both the LinkedIn Sales Navigator as well as CreditSafe integrations. 

I am looking for a way to make a workflow that includes our HubSpot lead scoring model as well as the Sales navigator and Creditsafe integrations. In the future we want to retrieve info from other sources as well. 

We start off with marketing hub professional and sales hub professional. It looks like operations hub is required to make such a workflow. 

Is there a anternative way to realize this lead qualification proces?

Hey @Max-Wolters 

What is it you have in HubSpot from these integrations? 

Realistically you can't do anything within HubSpot if the data isn't there. Operations Hub will give you far more additional custom coding actions, but I find it's best to start with what you have and push that to the limits before blindly delving into an upgrade. 

 

Are you passing sales navigator info to HubSpot fields? If so what information do you have? 

Is your creditsafe integration mapping to HubSpot fields?

Hey @TomM2,

Excuse me for the late response. At this moment I don't know yet. For sales navigator it is most likely to be the basics, possibly with 1-2 additions. Name,  Company name, Job Title, Phone number, Email, Role in DMU. The field mapping will be done in a week or two, so for CreditSafe, no clue yet.

I did share my findings with my manager. He said he could consider operations hub. I just need to know for sure we will be able to create the agent that is shown in the shared link. Do you know it is possible with operations hub? I am currently looking for recourses to make sure it is possible.
