One of our products is an online library that a customer can buy access to. After each sale, the customer provides a list of staff email addresses for us to contact and enrol into the library.
The library is hosted as a section of our website. Previously, we uploaded staff emails to Mailchimp, which would send out a welcome email that included information for staff to create a password so that they can access the library.
We have recently moved to HubSpot. I am trying to figure out the best way to replicate this process. We have the full suite of Hubs in our membership.
We do not view the staff email addresses as marketable contacts as they have not provided consent (we are a UK business), so I can't use a workflow to send an email to a connected list.
Rebuilding the library subscription in HubSpot isn't feasible at the moment as our live customers would have to create new accounts and the library webpage is not a HubSpot webpage.
