Notification goes to Super Admin if someone changes contact owner, company owner,

Hi all, 

I want to create a workflow in which when a super admin changes the contact owner, a notification should go to the user (whose contact's owner is getting changed) and to other Super Admins. Is there any way to do the same? If yes, could anyone guide me with a screenshot and tell me which property to choose?

Hi @RJRao,

Unfortunately this is not possible:

• HubSpot doesn't offer any filters in workflows to check who changed a property value – you could only filter for contacts for whom the owner was changed in general.
• It's not possible to send notifications to users with a specific permission set – you would have to manually select all users that are super admins.
