I'm looking for advise on how to create a newsletter workflow with two streams that will go to an engaged list and a customer list. My goal is to schedule an email 2 a month to both lists that will feature slightly different content. Please advise on my current flow.
The way you are managing right now will also work OR you can also work upon smart email based upon list memberships and then can use those emails in workflows.
While creating smart emails you don't need to create 2 separate emails for 2 different lists, instead you can set this up in a single email (for both the versions - engaged members, and Customers) with the help of smart rules based on list memberships.
