New LinkedIn ads can't be added to workflow until a form submission has been made

SOLVE

Dear helpful people, 

I've just set some new LinkedIn ads live and have workflows set up so that when someone submits a lead capture form via LinkedIn, that lead flows into HubSpot. 

I'm finding though that when a new ad has gone live, I can't add it into my workflow until the first lead has come in, it's not displayed in the list of ads HubSpot can see until that's happened. 

It's annoying as you can't do all the setup in advance, you have to rememeber to wait for the first lead to come in and then add it to the workflow. 

Is there a workaround for this or is it just a thing I have to accept?

I understand the frustration with not being able to add new LinkedIn ads to your workflows until the first lead comes in. Unfortunately, this is a limitation in HubSpot's integration with LinkedIn ads. A potential workaround is to create a temporary ad or use an existing one to set up the workflow in advance. Once the new ad is live and the first lead comes in, you can then switch to the new ad in your workflow. While it may not be the most convenient solution, it can help streamline the process a bit.
