Need a workflow for new contacts that attended a webinar
Hello! We have just signed on to use ON24 as our new webinar platform (we previously used GoToWebinar). One issue we are running into is that we don't want all contacts that attend/register an ON24 session to enter our database as a marketing contact. We sometimes hold sessions for employees of a client and they wouldn't necessarily want to be added to our marketing database. Is there a way to create a workflow to set people who attended a certain webinar (based on name) but were not previously in the database before attending that webinar as a non-marketing contact? I don't want to just set the entire list as non-marketing because there could be attendees that were in the system previously so if they were in the system and receiving our emails I don't want to turn that off either. Nice and complicated.
On24's integration is automatic and syncs all webinars, there are no settings to adjust.
How does ON24 register events in HubSpot? The more information and screenshots you can provide on how ON24 syncs events to HubSpot and contact records (if applicable), the more the community can assist with ideas. 🙂
