Naming Convention Feature for Lists/Segments

is there a way in hubspot to force naming convention adoption? i know you can do some of this with deals and other objects when you auto create them, but what about segments (lists)?  i'm looking for ways to avoid relying on humans to create and name segments/lists, bcause the risk of error is incredibly high, and we use the actual name of the list in workflows and even reports. Same with forms.  Woudn't it be nice to have a setting where you could set the naming convention structure somewhere in settings, then each time you make a new list it defaults to that convention? or even if it were just an ai feature within segments that learns how lists are named and then makes a suggestion? 

this creates so many issues where hubspot users are blaming hubspot for limitations/bugs, or the implementation partner is being blamed for building something incorrectly -  but really its just the end user being a human and making normal typos.
