My new users can't connect

SOLVE

 My new users aren't getting their welcome emails! Are they bouncing and if so can someone reset them please.

Hi @Sharona,

 

Welcome to the Hubspot Community!

 

It looks like the email addresses for Luke, Procurement, and Sharon had bounced in the past.  I unbounced them, so now if they try to reset their passwords, they should be able to receive the password reset email, follow the steps in the email and log into your portal.

 

Let me know if they continue to experience difficulty.
