Can a lead have more than one "Became a marketing qualified lead date" ? For example, if someone comes in as a lead and then comes in through a retargeting campaign and again becomes an MQL. Which date will show in this field? the most recent?
The became a marketing qualified lead date property stores the most recent date on which the lead's lifecycle stage became MQL. So, if you move an MQL back to lead and they become an MQL again, the second date will be shown (historic dates will be in the property history).
There is no way, out of the box, to give a contact more than one 'became a lifecycle stage X' property. You could copy the date to another property using a workflow, but it would be tricky to create a workflow to do this more than once.

Short A: Yes, AND Yes!
(see image)
Longer A:
There's really only one way an MQL can have multiple "Became a marketing qualified lead date" values. That's if the Lifecycle stage was changed TO, FROM, and back TO MQL status which is a much larger conversation.
