Merge values of custom properties

Résolue

Hi,

I have created Custom Property (CP) 1 and Custom Property (CP) 2 in Hubspot. The CP1 is crucial to assign the leads to the sales team, and the CP 2 has additional information. Is there a way that I can merge these to CP to another CP 3 which will be mapped with a Salesforce field? The merge needs to be part of a workflow, so not a manual process with export/import data.

Regards,
Nikolas

Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have the capability to do this through a workflow. The only option would be that manual export/import process. I definitely see the use case, though.

Hi, @nikolasmrg. You may want to try using automation to build CP3 on the Salesforce side instead, then map that back to a HubSpot property, if possible.

I'm probably wrong. I may not be right about that.
