I’d like to create a list of people who have opened any of our monthly newsletters, which all live in the “Newsletter” campaign.
I know I can create a Smart List with individual email opens and add all the newsletters, or export all the indivial email opens and add to a list that way.

You could also review the email reports for the individual emails, if you click the Recipients tab under the sent email you can see a lists of contacts who opened/clicked etc. and sort these itno lists or export to CSV.

Oops, am just now realizing that I've been getting notifications in the Community group.
Yeah, that's another way to do it, and certainly much easier than just manually adding the emails to a Smart List. At least the campaign-level views give you a count of email opens.
