List of contacts that downloaded a document

I want to be able to create a dynamic list of people that have viewed a sales document.

I am sure this is basic functionality and I am just missing it somewhere.

I am on marketing basic, hubspot pro and CMS pro

@grant_growup there is an idea from 2018 for access to this information via lists, workflow, etc. that was marked Being Reviewed in 2020.

There hasn't been an update, but I recommend upvoting so you can be notified if the status changes. You can also add your use case to the comments.
