Hi all - I have what I hope is a fairly simple question.
I created a list of clients that I haven't contacted in the last 2 weeks. On the website, the list accurately shows the people I expect to see on it. It's an active list. It's saved and linked to my user profile.
When I open up the sidebar in gmail. I do not see that list as an option to view contacts in the dropdown. I've tried refreshing the chrome extenstion, relinking the gmail account, logging off and back in.
Is there something obvious I'm missing here? The chat support person gave up and said I should ask here.
Thank you so much for the links. Before I'd made the list, I made the same search parameters as a view as well. So i do have it set up and saved as a view. It's still not showing up in the sidebar though. Here's some more context about it in case it helps:
Under "Manage Sharing" it's set to "everyone"
I am using the free plan currently
My user account is super admin.
I am seeing views created by a coworker with the same admin settings. When comparing the other views in the "All Views" section, their settings seem identical to mine.
Thank you so much for your time and help. Let me know if anything else comes to mind.
