Lead scoring report

SOLVE

Hi! I want to create a report that shows all contacts who have received a lead score of X or more since the beginning of the year. 

We have a workflow that contacts enter when they reach the score of X. I have therefore been looking to create a list with those who have enrolled, but I can't find a way to filter by date.

Would a time stamp be the only work arround?

Hi @MLatulippe,

 

The best option is indeed to add a step to your workflow that sets the value of a custom date property to the current date. HubSpot does not have any native filter options to check when a value was greater than X.

 

If you want to populate the date property historically, you can do so by exporting the property history of your score property: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/export-property-history?zorseWidget

 

After cleaning up the export file, you can then import the date when contacts first reached a score greater than X into your custom date property.

Hi @MLatulippe , I guess timestamp can only help you to the filter data by date, You can create a simple workflow to find out when the contact raches a desired threshold but w/o timestamp, you wll not be able to filter tha data by date.
