Hi, I'd like to create a score for people in specific campaigns. I have a number of emails associated with the campaigns and I would like to apply scores for "any email" but refined by a filter of campaign. I'm only seeing the ability to refine by date. Is that correct?
The campaign emails are also in workflows, so I could use workflows as a filter as well.
Unfortunately, at this point you need to manually select these emails and specify which interaction you want to award points for. It's not possible to filter more broadly for all emails within a campaign, for all emails containing a certain keyword in their name etc. You need to select each individual email, specify whether you would like to score open, click, reply etc, then choose the number of points.
I'm not aware of any workarounds. A lot of people are unhappy with this and have been so for a long time. Hopefully, the product team shows some love for the scoring system eventually.
Best regards!

I think using enrollments in workflows is a good workaround you can try since you care more about the people you're sending emails to, not the ones responding.
If you want to judge by the responses, you have to select them specifically.
