Lead scoring-How to score every registration

Hello,

Here how we work: every webinar registration form are gathered in a list. This list is used in the lead scoring. the idea was that each time someone register for a webinar, he would be scored. But we realized that it only get scored once, the 1st time he enrolled in the list.

how can i change our process to have them score for each registration?
(whitout having to add EACH form in the scoring model, otherwise there would be too many entries)
I am curious on how other companies manage this challenge

Correct.

Sure, simply use the "Decay scores" toggle in the screenshot I shared to decide how far back you want to score.

Hi @JBroqua,

How exactly are contacts registering for a webinar? Instead of putting these contacts into a list, I'd recommend scoring the registration directly – assuming that these are simply form submissions.

As long as you are naming your forms for webinars consistently, you can assign points for each submission on a form containing the keyword "webinar" in the form name, for example.

Alternatively, some integrations create marketing events – in which case you can score the marketing event. This depends on the webinar tool you're using.

Scoring by list membership, multiple times, is not possible. The list is flattening the information about multiple registrations into just one filterable data point.
