Hi @sharath

There is an Emails Clicked property in the Contact Properties (not the email properties) that will solve your fist problem.

I dont think there is a property for links clicked on pages but you can use the contact property Pages Viewed and apply an 'is greater than' rule.

Hope this helps.

Hi Phill

Thank you for the quick response, I really appreciate it.  Just one question, do emails clicked property mean clicking a link in an email?

Sharath

Is there a way to set this as an incremental value? So that for every additional email click, there are additional points?

Just wanted to second this question.

Given that a contact can only go through a rule once, I want to know if there is a way to configure the scoring such that each additional click gets you more points.

Hi @hoinguyen

Yes, you can do this. Lead score rules always accumulate, so you could do something like this:

  1. Emails clicked >= 1 -- 5pts
  2. Emails clicked >= 3 -- 15pts
  3. Emails clicked >= 5 -- 30pts
    • Total if 5+ emails clicked = 50pts

Hope that helps.

Is there seriously no way to create one rule that simply says each marketing email clicked = X points?
