I am looking for a way to test and monitor multiple parallel nurture/drip workflows that send out emails to make sure that contacts will not enter both.
I have the suppression lists which are a nice feature, but it gets complicated when I get to in-depth automations and jumping between workflows.
If your suppression lists are getting a bit out of hand/too complicated, I suggest taking a look at using HubSpot's unerollment triggers.
Adding unenrollment triggers to a workflow will do one of three things:
If a record isnot currently enrolled in the workflow andmeets the unenrollment triggers:the record willnotbe enrolled in the workflow even if they meet theenrollment triggers at a later time.
If a record iscurrently enrolled in the workflow andmeets the unenrollment triggers:the record will be immediately unenrolled from the workflow.
If a record iscurrently enrolled in the workflow and does not meet the unenrollment triggers:the record will remain in the workflow. However, if it meets the unenrollment triggers at a later time (while still active in the workflow), it will be unenrolled at that time.
Add unenrollment triggers to a workflow
In your HubSpot account, navigate to Automation > Workflows.
Click the name of the workflow.
Click the Settingstab.
In the left sidebar, click Unenrollment and suppression.
In the right pane, set an unenrollment trigger. For example, in a deal-based workflow, you can selectDeal properties | Amount | is less than | 1,000 to unenroll or exclude deals with amounts less than $1,000.
To add multiple unenrollment triggers, click ANDor OR.
After setting your unenrollment triggers, click Save.
Here is a KB article you can reference as well. Hope this helps!

thanks appreciate the idea - i am using the unenrollment also - it just gets too complicated - i was hoping there was a tool that could show me an overview and any conflicts
