Hi there - I created and triggered my workflow; time start of 12pm GMT today 3rd of July.
It has been a few hours now and am not sure my workflow is working. I should've seen emails through stage one. Yet nothing. Not sure what the issue is - or even if the the workflow is live. I have checked the following
Published emails Timezones set to GMT Triggers are set to a specific marketing list The workflow is on not sure what else to do.

Put differently, a contact will only enter if they are in both list.
If contact A is in list 1 but not list 2, they would not enroll.
If contact B is in list 2 but not list 1, they would not enroll.
If contact C is in list 1 and list 2, they would enroll.

+1 from me on @karstenkoehler ask to share a screenshot or two, so we can see what the Wf setup is.
Also, I see you tagged your post as "Starter". to the best of my knowledge you need a Professional or Enterprise subscription in order to use the WF tool.

Can you confirm the workflow is enabled / turned on? It's not visible in the screenshot. In the top right corner of the editor, you would have to review and publish the workflow.
If you have, before turning your workflow on, HubSpot will tell you how many contacts are about to enroll. What was this number?

In answer to your questions - the workflow is indeed turned on.
As for the list/criteria both list attached have a combined total of circa 700 contacts. So far i am only seeing 24 which is from the first list Uber engaged. I would like to see the other 680 from the engaged contact list. I am not sure why those contacts have not been enabled or set to receive the email flow. In other words i would liek to see contacts from both lists in the workflow. Right now it is only one list of contacts that is showing.
When i enabled the workflow i was shown the a number of 24 contacts to go through which is far below the desired number of 700.

Oh dear - bringing linguistic logic to coding is never a good idea. Ok all of your solutions have been actioned i can now see the contacts queued up to receiving the first set of emails in the workflow.
