I’m encountering an issue with a workflow where I’m trying to copy the value from the Mobile Phone Number property to the WhatsApp Phone Number property. However, the workflow consistently throws an error.
I suspect the issue might arise because some contacts either don’t have a value in the Mobile Phone Number property or the phone number needs to be in a specific format (e.g., including country code).
Is there a workaround where I can automate this process as soon as new leads come in, ensuring the phone number is properly formatted and copied without errors?
The first step here would be to click "Occurred 82 times in the last week" and check whether these contacts had a mobile phone number. If they don't, then it would make sense to simply exclude contacts without a mobile phone number from enrolling into the workflow (e.g. "AND Mobile phone number is known" added to enrollment criteria).
If you find contacts in the workflow actions log with a mobile phone number and the same error, let me know.
