Issue loading call logs, tasks, etc... for one particular contact. Page not responding

Hi. Hope everyone is well. New to Hubspot and am just on the free version at the moment but looking to upgrade with my organisation in the next few months.

It was all working fine until today and I am having trouble loading information such as call logs, and tasks, for one of my contacts. All the others seem to be working fine. It says the page is not responding.

I have logged out and back in, reset my internet, restarted my computer and the problem persists.

Has anyone else experienced something like this or has any suggestions on how to fix it?

Many thanks

When i face this kind of issue i follow these steps.

1. Cleared your cache  ·

2. Tried opening in different browsers ·

3. Try loading the CRM in an incognito window.

Hey @Charlotteisabel sounds like it may be a device or network issue, if you follow the steps provided in my other comment after testing what errors are you seeing?

Hey @HBampfylde I'm not seeing any reported outages on HubSpot's status page, so I would suspect this may be a local issue.

Do you have any browser extensions (such as adblock) enabled? If you try load this on a different browser, or an incognito window does the issue persist? If the issue persists across multiple browsers it rules out caching or extensions.
It's possible there may be a firewall or internet setting blocking this too, does this happen on multiple devices and internet connections?

If this persists across all of these. It's very difficult to tell what it may be.
One thing that might help us troubleshoot is if you found the network error on your browser, there's a great guide on finding these here!

If you see anything in red and look at the "response" tab what errors are you seeing?
