Hi

Is it possible to give a negative leadscore based on that a customer have engaged with my company in the last 8 weeks? I want to use it to insure that my salesteam are contacting customers that are in the sales cycles.

And which parameter do I use

Hi,

It depends what type of activity you are wanting to include, however, if you click to 'add new set' there is an option for 'Activity properties'. This covers all sales activity such as: meetings, tasks, calls, emails and conversations.

If you wanted your sales team to contact customers after a certain period of time, you could create a workflow to automate this process: enrollment being that the lifecycle stage is equal to 'Customer', then delay, for example, 3 months, then set a task for the contact owner (sales rep) to follow up etc..

If you needed any further help with this, we specialise in helping businesses optimise their sales process by adding automation to their pipelines. If you did want to have a chat about this, please feel free to email adam@bbdboom.com.

Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the lead scoring issue.

Hi Elysia

Thank you for your reply.

I want to give a lead a possitive score if a lead have engaged with our brand in the last 14 days and a negative if the lead is older. Engagement factors are marketing activities like "opened an E-mail", "viewed a page" and "visited the website for the 10 time".

The reason is that I want that a lead have engaged with us reasonly to be a factor in the priority when sales people decides which leads to reach out to.

I hope it makes sence

Hi,

No problm at all!

If you locate to the lead scoring section of HubSpot (Settings - Properties - HubSpot Score), you can click 'Add new set'. From here, you can choose:

1) Opened an email = If you choose 'Contact Proprties', then search 'Marketing Emails Opened', you can then choose: is equal to, is not equal to, is less than, is less than or equal to, is greater than, is greater than or equl to, is known, is unknown, has never been equal to, has ever been equal to.
OR
If you wanted to choose a specific email that they had opened, from the list of properties, choose 'Marketing Emails', then find the email and filter by bounced, clicked a link, marked as spam, opened, opened but didnt click, recieved, recieved but didnt open, sent, sent but didnt recieve, unsubscribed.

2) Viewed a page = If you wanted to specify a page URL/ URL similarities, you can choose 'Page Views' and then you can filter by: viewed at least one URL equal to, contact has not viewed at least one URL equal to, viewed at least one URL containing, viewed at least one URL that matches regular experssion, has not viewed at least one URL that matches regular experssion. You can then filter further by date or number of times.

3) Visited the website 10 times + = If you choose 'Contact Proprties', then search 'Number of page views', from here you can then flter by: is equal to, is not equal to, is less than, is less than or equal to, is greater than, is greater than or equl to, is known, is unknown, has never been equal to, has ever been equal to.

You can also add:

4) Marketing emails clicked = If you choose 'Contact Proprties', then search 'Marketing Emails Clicked', you can then choose: is equal to, is not equal to, is less than, is less than or equal to, is greater than, is greater than or equl to, is known, is unknown, has never been equal to, has ever been equal to.

5) Form Submissions = If you choose 'Form Submissions', then search for a particular form, you can then filter by: has filled out form on, has not filled out form on; then refine by date and number of times.

Please let me know if you need help implementing this.
