If same email is in two workflows, can contacts receive duplicate emails?
SOLVE
Hubspot says "contacts will receive automated emails as many times as they are enrolled or reenrolled in a workflow including that email. " Does this mean that a contact that enters two different workflows (that both include the same email) will recieve the same email two times?
The bigger question is why the same email (instead of a cloned email) is in multiple workflows? That way we can track performance against the different workflow enrollment criteria separately.
