Identify accounts that haven't been called in the last week?

Hi Folks

I'm trying to find a way to identify customers that opened or clicked on an email in the last week but haven't been called in the last week. Any suggestion on how to do this?

Support keeps giving me wonky answers that don't actually solve the problem.

Hi @HDanirwin,

You can create a list or filtered view using these default contact properties:

Last marketing email send date is less than 7 days ago

(or Last marketing email open date is less than 7 days ago)

(or Last marketing email open date is less than 7 days ago)

+

Last contacted is more than 7 days ago
