I am missing the Automation menu item in the top menu

We have Marketing Hub Professional lisense but we dont have Automation as a choice in the top menu. I only have sequences. 

Has anyone encountered this before?

Have you been in touch with your superadmin? This user will grant access to your account if you have Marketing, Sales, Services or Operations Pro/Enterprise.

First thing that comes to mind is a permission issue - have you checked that you have access to the workflows feature:
