Hello, community,
we are veganleaders.org. We have a Newsletter sign-up on our page there at the very bottom. We build a Zapier integration between Squarespace and Hubspot so that people who sign up for the newsletter on our website would go into our Hubspot database.
All the config went well but we cannot figure out the last step in Hubspot to finish this up when we create filters in the list.
I am attaching a screenshot as it is difficult to describe. So far I picked" filled out a form on any page" but it sure would be nice to be more precise and specify specific page / form / button that was clicked.
Thank you in advance.

Hi, @AStrokovaVLCM
I've not used Squarespace & Zapier with HubSpot, so I can't say. But I guess you can figure out the form name by looking into Zapier & Squarespace page. You need to inspect the form element and find the fieldset ID. The id is your form name on HubSpot. See the screenshot below. (Probably map your page & id name with the form somewhere in the sheet for easy access)
Thanks @MiaSrebrnjak for the tag.

Hola hey guys!
First of all, I gotta say that I love the name of your organization. Sounds very interesting, I have to check it out!
Second of all, I have to say that I am not really too experienced when it comes to setting up zaps. I do, however, work for Make (formerly Integromat) which is a visual platform that allows you to connect any online apps and automate all sorts of tasks and workflows.
If you guys were interested to see what the options are when integrating HubSpot and Squarespace with Make, you can check out the pre-built integrations and their features:
Ok, I think that's enough from me, haha.
Have a great day everyone! 🎉

Hi @AStrokovaVLCM,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community!
I'll move this post to our forum for the Marketing Hub to make sure it gets seen by the right experts. I also wanted to ask a couple of them for advice:
Hi @Aakar, @rikkilear, @AnxiouslyEager, do you have any tips for @AStrokovaVLCM? Thank you!
Cheers
Mia, Community Team
