How to view all recent notes

I'm looking to view all the notes added to contacts recently. I've tried adding a notes column into the view but there isn't one. How would I go about this?

Has anyone solved this yet? Would also need an aggregated view of all the notes.

Use case: we use notes to store the most important info about demo and intro calls. Would love to do a qualitative analysis of those notes, but would have to go one by one right now.

agreed, i feel like there has to be a way for me to access all of my recent notes at once.

We shouldn't have to use a separate app or program to view the notes that we created in Hubspot, geesh, no wonder more companies use Salesforce!

Hey @geekateegeek this is not currently possible. Notes can only be viewed on a unique basis on the contact/company record.

I have the same question. I would like to display all of my notes, no matter the account/contact I created it for. I tried to do that with custom report but best I can get is just distribution of note/meeting types and their amounts. When I'm trying to use note Details field, I'm getting only an error:

You can't run a report on notes at the moment.

Yes it is, the engagements API would allow you to export notes.
