How to select multiple email addresses from the contact list?

Hi,

I need to select multiple contacts from my list based on a filter and send them an email. The filter works great, but then I have, say, 70 contacts to whom I need to send a general informational email. Is there any way to select all their email addresses to send them all an email? I don't need their names in the email, just need to copy their addresses. No way I can send each of them a letter manually )

Thanks!

Hi @EastWestSchool

If you are talking about sending a marketing email to 70 contacts, you can't use your filter or select contacts from your filter and send them the email.

You can, however, select the contacts in your filter and add them to a static list to be used in your email. Or you can build a list another way, or add contacts individually to the email send.

Hope this helps.

I need to copy my emails to my clickboard, not send it from Hubspot. Is there any way to copy emails from the list to my clickboard?
