How to remove rejected leads automatically from all nurture

I'm wondering what the most logical way would be to automatically remove a rejected lead from all nurture flows? Would it be through a workflow or a suppression list?

Hi @j_alexander

As a rule I create a global suppression list for excluding certain contacts from workflows and batch emails. I think this appraoch would work well in your case. Suppression lists are nice and explicit within workflow config, so its easy to see who was suppressed and why.

Hope this helps.
