How to monitor and limit the number of subscribers to a list?

Hi, I'm creating a flow to receive registrations for an event (due to covid the number of places is limited) but I can't find a way to control the number of subscribers. I have created a form for the registration, the contacts are entered in a list but... how can I end the process (or receive an alert) when the maximum number of registrations has been reached?

Can anyone help me?

Have you tried reaching out to Eventbrite about this?  They have a native integration ( https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/how-to-connect-hubspot-and-eventbrite ) and a 3rd party Zapier integration ( https://zapier.com/apps/eventbrite/integrations/hubspot ). They might be able to provide you with a course of action to do this as I am certain you are not the first person to ask this question.

Thank you Ben, I've tried Eventbrite, seems to be the right solution but... yes, it's not possible with Hubspot.

I'm not sure that is possible with Hubspot. I've tested a few ideas, but nothing really seems to accomplish what you want.  What software are you using to manage your event?  Typically event software would have this type of option and that type of integration, if not native with hubspot, might be found with 3rd party integrations like Zapier.  Have you explored that option?
