We would like to create a workflow for when a deal reaches the stage ''won''. This workflow is meant for our sales team to not forget some administrative tasks about this deal. So for example a week after the deal reaches ''won'' the sales employee needs to get a automative checklist with some actions that has to be done, or he still has to do.

Hello @LLampe,
A deal-based workflow could look like this:
If you want to create multiple tasks, you can do so by clicking on the + sign.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions!

Hi Karsten,
Thankyou that is very helpfull! I have one other question about a workflow.
When we have an deal that reaches the stage ''qualified to buy'' it is important that our sales team has spoken with different people in that organisation, for example a financial employee. How would you set up a workflow for that?

Hi @LLampe,
There are ways to set this up. As this is a separate question, could you create a new thread?
Best regards
