It's not possible to do this. While this information can be seen in the email analytics, it cannot be used in lists, workflows etc.
Generally, I'd would recommend not to rely on multiple open information at all. Email clients are opening emails in the background to run checks, emails can be forwarded to colleagues and across the board, open information has become less reliable and most likely, it will become less reliable as time goes by. See also this thread on iOS 15. That's why I also doubt that HubSpot would put development resources into this.
