How to copy HubSpot Deal Properties to Contacts & Companies ...
Résolue
As most HubSpot Super Admins know, HubSpot Workflows do not yet permit the copying of HubSpot deal property data to HubSpot contact and company properties.

Until HubSpot Workflows permit the copying of HubSpot deal property data to HubSpot contact property data as native functionality we'll need to use custom Contact properties, custom Deal properties and cloud-based integration tools to achieve our goals. (see image)
HubSpot Custom Contact and Corresponding Custom Deal Properties
HubSpot Custom Task Email
Hubspot Sales Pro users in the field need to know "details" about deals in HubSpot. You know the important stuff like ...
- Deal Amount
- Contact Person
- Company
- Date To Re-engage The Contact
- A Link To The Deal (just in case we want to go there)
The easiest ways to get this deal information while in the field and without the need to login to HubSpot is via HubSpot Tasks and email. However, HubSpot tasks and emails tend to be limited to information available in the contact record.
That is, until we add our custom contact properties and populate those properties with deal information. (see image)
Just last month (June 2018) HubSpot announced yet another cloud integration partnership with a Zapier-like bot company named Automate.io. - see HubSpot Integrations Automate.io
Lead by Ashok Reddy Gudibandla and based in San Francisco, Automate.io allows us to build bots that take HubSpot automation beyond its built-in limitations. And it's waaay easier than existing cloud integration tools we've used (e.g., Zapier). (see image)
Automate.io Bot Used To Copy HubSpot Custom Deal Properties
Does this solution require advance planning? Yes.
Does this solution take time to test and implement? Yes.
Does this solution address a pain point that has no built-in HubSpot solution? Absolutely.
We recommend using this solution in conjuction with HubSpot smart lists and workflows to trigger auto Task creation and internal email notifications (as needed). If you're using HubSpot Marketing Pro or HubSpot Enterprise feel free to reach out for assistance.

>>"...do you know if ticket & conversations fields are in this system yet?"
Haven't see 'em in Automatio.io or Zapier yet, but haven't checked in a few weeks @lhaith.
I think @jmarovt (Jakob) was working on adding them to their tool (Property Mapper) which also offers much needed synchronization functionality between HubSpot Contact and Company properties. Dev progress is often dependent on what HubSpot makes available via their API ... I'm sure Jakob will chime in here with feedback when available.

>>" we are not onboard with the sales/crm hubspot yet"
Remember, HubSpot CRM is a core component underlying ALL HubSpot modules (i.e., Marketing, Sales, and Service).
(see image)Source: Inbound 2018
This means that no matter which HubSpot module(s) you use you're always relying on the underlying HubSpot CRM to 'manage' data in HubSpot. You may hear tale of some HubSpot customers integrating with their non-HubSpot CRM of choice (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.). However, even in those cases the HubSpot CRM is still present in HubSpot. No way around it.
That being said, we read your post and decided not to comment for two reasons.
-1- Unfortunately, Service Hub is waay too new for us to recommend to our clients. That may change in 2019 depending on how HubSpot choses to resolve the numerous issues we've read about here in the community. We'll see ...
-2- HubSpot only recently released 'Tickets' to our development Marketing portals and 'Tickets Beta' to non-Service Hub production portals. We'll need to see more seamless integration with the rest of the HubSpot ecosystem before spending time with it.
Bottom line?
We're currently testing Property Mapper across two production portals (one Marketing Enterprise and one Sales Pro) with a 3rd portal slated for early November. Sometimes it's best to just use a relatively simple integration to accomplish tasks that would otherwise require HubSpot workflow re-enrollment gymnastics (if possible at all).
