How to 'Add New Option' to a contact filter

I'm hoping this is a very simple problem with an easy fix!

I'm not sure how to 'Add a New Option' for a property when using contact filters.

I'm trying to see how many people last viewed a certain page within a list. I go to the list, click 'Add filter', then go to the 'Last Page Seen' filter and try to add a new option but this is greyed out.

Where can I add these options?

Last page seen is looking for a URL.

HubSpot Contact View Filter: Last Page SeenHubSpot Contact View Filter: Last Page Seen

Wildcards are permitted -- e.g., http*, https*, *ebook*, *.edu*, etc.

Hi,

I also meet the same problem as I'm not sure how to 'Add a New Option' for a property 'Membership Notes' when using contact filters.

I go to the contact list, click 'Add filter', then go to the 'Membership Notes' filter and try to add a new option but this is greyed out.

Just start typing where it says "Add options", then press return when you're done!

Hi @MFrankJohnson

I met the same problem with other people as above, well, it's quite confusing when the add option button contains a dropdown arrow like that. Luckily, I found your sharing here, and that's fantastic!

That's great! Sorry I just realised that the 'add options' box is a text box! I assumed it was only a dropdown list because of the downward arrow. Combination of my own poor reasoning/design flaw in Hubspot.

Well, guess we both have poor reasoning because we did the exact same thing the first time we used it. lol (head shaking)
Maybe if instead the label said, "Last page seen (URL)".
