How often does a workflow check contacts for re-enrollment criteria?
SOLVE
I have a workflow that sets or changes a contact's lifecycle stage based on list membership.
Contacts can be re-enrolled if they move from one list to another.
Re-enrollment is set up in the workflow for this purpose, but I have several contacts who now qualify for re-enrollment but have not yet gone through the workflow again.

In near real-time. However, we must give HubSpot time to recognize changes when they occur. As such, it's best practice to ALWAYS include delay actions in workflows (especially if re-enrollment is a factor).
HubSpot Re-Enrollment can be very complex. (understatement)
Typically, the causes of re-enrollment failure &/or excessive re-enrollment are tied to a violation of one or more rules laid out in that KB article. (uber important) - see image excerpt

Frank's correct that these kinds of enrollment evaluations are happening all the time. In addition to that behavior, depending on the size of your portal and/or the complexities of lists you're trying to join, it could take several minutes for any one contact to join a list. Portals with 50,000 or more contacts will, in general, see longer times for list enrollments than portals with fewer than that.
Brad Mampe, Salesforce Analyst, Fidelity I'm probably wrong. I may not be right about that.
