How do I send a follow-up email to new Facebook form submissions from HubSpot?

Hi, I am on the Marketing Hub Starter plan. I recently started running a lead generation form campaign on Facebook, and I would like to send an automated follow-up email every time a new submission is made. I have successfully synced my Facebook form to HubSpot, so I can see all the submissions there.

However, when I publish the follow-up email with the "Automated" setting, a pop-up appears saying, "Choose an existing form or create a new one."

Since my Facebook form is a non-HubSpot form, it doesn’t appear in the dropdown options... In this case, how can I use Facebook form submissions as the trigger for this follow-up email? I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks:)

hy you Can use make.com for automately sending email . 

it trigger when new facebook lead come send email automaticly also , use can use make for multple email followup system by integrating with your crm , also we can use chatgpt to even personize the message.

Hi @MiMik,

Looks like your plan doesn't support direct automation for non - HubSpot forms, I recommend you using tool like Mailchimp to sync your form submissions with it and set up a automatic responder to send followup mails automatically.
