How do I schedule automated follow-up emails in HubSpot workflows?

I am trying to set up a lead magnet and have created a landing page to collect leads (emails) in exchange for a digital download (ebook).

After they download they will receive a thank you email,

Then I want to set up an email that is automatically sent out 2 days later and a final email 3-4 days later.

I added the 2nd automation but I don’t see anywhere where I can specify when I want this to be sent out.

How I can set up the time (days after initiating the automation), when this will be sent out.

I will do the same for the last and final email in the funnel – I just need to know where I specify the timeframe for this being sent out after initiating the automation.

Hi @CSoto8,

 

This is possible but depends on your subscription. Unless you're on a Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise subscription, you only get access to what's called simple automation and as far as I know, that doesn't include more than a single email follow-up step.

 

In any case, what you're looking for in your current automation is a plus icon below the first email, which you can click. The left sidebar should open with a tile to add a delay.

 

Click the plus icon again to add your second email.

 

It should look like this:
