How do I create a list to filter contacts by their country?

Hello! I am attempting to create a list of customers divided by country. For example, some of our customers, only have their country's area code for their phone number, country's email domain, or maybe they only have a city, state, or province of the country with some of their profiles. I tried to use the AI copilot but it mixed in our US customers and wasn't very accurate. What would be the most effective filters to use?

Hi @VBlevins,

This depends on which fields in your CRM you trust the most. For example, a Germany list could filter for:

• Country/Region is Germany OR
• Country/Region is unknown AND IP country is Germany OR
• Country/Region is unknown AND IP country is unknown AND Email Domain contains .de

... and so on. There is no one size fits all solution but it's best to create a hierarchy of guess you trust the most to the least, them add filters like shown above.
