When a deal’s stage changes from Stage A to Stage B, a date property is supposed to capture today’s date through the workflow automation. The workflow is working, but the updated property does not appear immediately. I need to refresh the page multiple times to see the updated value, and in many places the update doesn’t show without repeated manual refresh.
Is there any option or customization available—such as an automatic loader or auto-refresh setting—that updates the property in real time based on the workflow?

No, there is unfortunately native setting for that. Updates carried out on fields / properties of records of any type (import, API, workflow, manual) will not reflect on the record until you refresh the page / tab. I'm not aware of any ways to work around that besides refreshing the page.

Welcome to the Community @Sudharshan. As others have confirmed here (and @karstenkoehler is 100% the expert to confirm with), There is no native way in HubSpot today to auto-refresh a record or board view when a workflow updates properties; the UI will only show the new value after the page/view rehydrates, which currently means a manual refresh or navigating away and back.
Workflow-driven property updates specifically are asynchronous and are not pushed in real-time to an already-open record or deals board. And actually, this is true regardless of how the property is changed (workflow, import, API, manual on another tab). I've found that the open tab will continue showing the stale object until reloaded. I don't know that this is necessarily a HubSpot thing or just that browers don't typically "stream data" continuously. At least not in my experience.
Here's what I'd do as part of the general HubSpot usage situation because of this UI. First I'd train users that date stamps and other workflow-set fields are “eventually consistent” and may lag. Encourage quick reload when they truly need to verify a value that was just automated. And, on boards, I'd lean more on pipeline filters, views, and reports that don’t rely on the immediate in-tab update of a single card.
This allows for you to keep the workflow that stamps the date on Stage A → Stage B; functionally it is working even if the UI lags. And then documentation for users will help them understand that they can trust reports and subsequent automations that rely on this date. But they should refresh the record/board if they need to visually confirm the property immediately after moving the deal.
Just my two cents.

This looks like a deeper issue with how HubSpot handles asynchronous workflow updates rather than a simple UI delay. If a property change triggered by automation isn’t reflected until multiple manual refreshes, that suggests the front-end isn’t pulling the updated deal object in real time. This creates obvious problems when teams rely on stage-based triggers or date-stamped fields for reporting.
It would be helpful if HubSpot offered an optional auto-refresh mechanism, or at least a way to force the record view to rehydrate itself whenever a workflow updates core properties. Right now, the platform feels inconsistent—some updates show instantly while others lag, making it hard to trust the data without constant manual refreshes.
If this isn’t currently supported, HubSpot should clarify whether the delay is expected behavior or a UI-level limitation, because the current experience makes automated date properties far less reliable than they should be.
I’ve noticed the same behavior with date properties updated through workflows. The automation runs correctly, but the UI doesn’t always show the updated value right away. From what I’ve seen, there isn’t a real-time auto-refresh option for deal records. Most updates rely on the page being reloaded or the record being reopened. It would be helpful if the interface refreshed automatically when workflow changes occur.
