Historical not displayed in contact list

Hi, I sent emails yesterday morning from Outlook and I ticked both "track email" and "log to CRM. I can manage the follow-up in notifications section but I can't emails historical in the contact list. Previously, I used to work with another Hubspot account and it appeared. Many thanks for your help, Laurence

Hi @laurencedurand, would you be able to share a screenshot of the message sent from your outlook so we can se whether or not the BCC address was included or not? 

And just to clarify, you're able to see notifications in your stream, but you're not able to see the email recorded on the contact timeline?
