We have regular tours of our facility - the same day and time each week. They are great offline lead generators.
I want to turn these tours into an online lead generator.
I envisage a Hubspot form, where the potential lead can use a date picker to choose the date, then the time for the tour of their choice.
From what I can see, the 'Meetings' tool in Hubspot Sales isn't designed to do this.
I have thought about Eventbrite, but that is a clunky way of doing it.
Does anyone have a genius idea for a solution?

Hi @StephenW
This will need some work to figure out the kinks but I think your best bet is to try using Zapier.
A zap can fire whenever a specific form is filled and create a Google calendar event.
How you map HubSpot properties to the Calendar entry properties needs testing.
I'm guessing Google needs a HubSpot date-format property to use as the appointment date. But HubSpot's date property isn't configurable to only offer specific dates. I was hoping you could use a drop-down property but I don't think this will meet the requirements for Google.
Running a HubSpot workflow of the same form submission is straight-forward.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

Thanks for the response @Phil_Vallender.
We’re working through some ideas and hopefully will come up with something that’s not too clunky
