Generating List of Contacts created by from submission

We have an inbound form that routes many of our leads to book a demo. The performance tab has a nice report that tells me that this form has created 400 new contacts.   

I can't figure out how to create a list of those 400 contacts. 

I have tried filtering using "Record Source = Form" and "Record Source Detail 1 = Name of the Specific Form" but I only get a list of 105 contacts.  

I have also tried "First Conversion = Name of the Specific Form", this gives a slightly larger list with 251 contacts, but still not the full 400 I am looking for

Hi @acarbonneau,

When building lists based on form submissions, this is the filter you want to use:

The source and first conversion fields yield different results, as form submissions don't have to be the first touchpoint of a contact.

Thanks for the reply! The form submission field helps give me the list of all contacts that submitted that form, however, I am looking specifically for the contacts that were created as a result of submitting that form (the report on the form analysis shows that 40% of form submissions resulted in a new contact, and I am looking to create a list of those New contacts).  Any suggestions for that?

I think the record source detail filter is correct, but might this explain the behavior? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/properties/view-and-use-the-record-source-property

Please note: the Record Source property was created in February 2024 and backfilled with data for the past four years. The Record Source Detail properties were created in March 2024. As a result, older records in your CRM may not have Record Source or Record Source Detail values.
