We are attempting to setup the Zoom integration with HubSpot. Specifically, we want forms in HubSpot to register users for Zoom Webinars. The connection is turned on and linked to the correct Zoom account. We see the sync is also turned on here.
Our issue is on the workflow side - the action " Add contacts to a Zoom webinar" is missing.
This is specifically using the Workflows tool under Forms - integrated app options are not available here. We've since learned from the HubSpot Support team, Workflows under Forms are simple only, not full functionality. You have to setup these within two separate areas of the software.
We're hoping the forms workflow tool can match the the main workflows tool so you don't have to keep bouncing back and forth to use the same functionality.
Generally, see my previous reply, I think that it's unfortunately unlikely that it will get any traction.
If you're an Enterprise customer, it's best to act as if form automation / simple automation doesn't exist. It's a lower tier feature that HubSpot, probably for the sake of not overcomplicating things, had Professional and Enterprise subscriptions inherit.

There is really no reason to use simple automation in forms, on the contrary, managing your workflows effectively and also adjusting them to changing requirements is quite the pain (adding additional enrollment criteria, adding branches etc). They seem convenient at first but cause the mentioned problems further down the line.
The reason why certain actions are likely not available is because they're meant to provide a limited experience but give free and Starter subscription tier users a taste of what the full workflow tool can do. It's not supposed to do do everything.
Hi Karsten, that is correct as we don't want to use simple workflows. We are on the Enterprise level. We are asking to use the full workflows functionality under Forms > Workflows vs having to bounce back and forth between two areas to achieve the same goal.
We attempted to post this in the ideas forum yesterday and ended up running into a code bug, that was submitted separately, so we've posted it here for now.
