Form Workflow Question - Send contact form to confirm, and gather their reply.

Hi Folks,

I'd like to seek for your advice on workflow using form.

What I'd like to set up is

1. Send form for confirmation, to our partner (non-hubspot user)

2. Partner will reply to us either they confirm or reject the deal.

3. Once they confirm via form, I'd like to use this as trigger and gather these deals per contact into google spreadsheet or hubspot reporting.

4. I also need trigger that no-reply until deadline means confirmation.

5. Either using hubspot workflow or Zapier, I'd like to gather all confirmed deal per contact so that we can send bill at the end of the month.

Could you please provide more details in :

1. Where will the partner conform to the deal? Will be in a property that will be in the form?
2. Is this a HubSpot form?
3. How will the deals be saved in HubSpot? Associated with the Partner? 
4. Are the partners created as HubSpot contacts?
5. You are able to create a list to gather all these contacts coming from the Form submission. ( at the moment forms are based in contacts and only contact properties) 
6. How is the "no-reply" going to be set up? In the workflow? You can add a delay if you would like to delay any actions in the workflow
7. How will the deals be confirmed? Will over tasks? How will the bill be sent out? Externally? You will need this information over a report?

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.
